This presentation will help attendees understand the long-term effect of abuse on a child’s brain, including how it may be presented through behavioral issues.  John has over thirty years of experience working with vulnerable youth who have traumatic and delinquent histories. He is a certified trauma consultant and is an accredited member of the National Institute for Trauma and Loss in Children. John is the founder and Clinical Director for the National Institute for Resiliency & Wellness.
